Has a "Mogi Donut" formed on the San Andreas?

Inside the red shaded area there's quite a circular pattern of small quakes... quite a few being in the past 24 hours.

Well, maybe it WAS a Mogi Donut!

A 4.2 struck 20 minutes ago - EXACTLY in the center of that donut!
