Modern Brass Coat Button, distinctive Initials Logo, W's on the back, who is maker?

Here's a nice brass button, I'm thinking it's from a blazer or coat. Marked with 4 W's on the back, maybe someone has seen this maker mark and can tell me something about it. I'm guessing it's from the post ww2 war period.

Also in the foto, is a complete cartridge marked "WRA, Luger 30". This cartridge appears so marked in the winchester repeating arms 1946 catalogue.

And a brass plate from the 2nd Orange Bowl Regatta, in 1946, Miami, Florida, Orange Bowl Regatta 1946 ,

thanks man. The crest on the pocket is the same. the buttons are not clear in this listing, but I found the same jacket elsewhere and the buttons are diffierent, they got a pineapple or something instead of the initials. But, my button is obviously from a similar RL blazer or coat.
