Model Regno?

Hello, this item measures ~ 2-1/4" by 2" and I believe it is either brass or bronze. I am not sure about the first word but I think it is Model and I am pretty sure the second word states Regno. Any Ideas?

I'm not sure what the item is, however I see you have the right letters, but missing the dots; It says "Reg. No."(registration number)? Maybe off an an old Singer sewing machine?

I know exactly what that is. It is the sole plate off of a wooden headed golf club. The "S" stands for spoon.
