Misplaced mintmark Roosevelt dime 1987 P

All I can seem to find for information on a 1987 P Roosevelt dime with a misplaced mintmark is the possibility of it existing and " unverified ". Has anyone got any knowledge about it or it's value? Thanks for anything you can offer.
