I would suggest that it is a child's doll mirror.

Can you just imagine trying to sell a childs toy now-a-days with an actual glass mirror in it. We were tuffer and dare I say smart enough not to kill our selves with our toys back then!

This is a Victorian child's brass mirror. Its dimensions are 3-1/4" long by 1-1/2" diameter. You didn't mention the dimensions on your post, so I don't know how well this one equates with what you have.mirror.webp
