Mint error? (Picture added)

The "D" seems to be filled in on this 1952D wheat. Is it a mint error? I added another picture of what I call a regular 52D.

Agreed...the D is somewhat plugged but does not constitute being a mint error...

Partially clogged D. My book "Major Variety and Oddity Guide of US Coins" by Frank Spadone has various clogged letters and numbers listed in the 1952-D cent but no mention of this particular.
