I can see why this is one of your favorites. You got a wide variety of lead. I can scrape mud all day for hunts like that.

Now that's a great day of relic hunting Stoney. I think I'd walk barefoot for a day like that.
L@@king forward to watching the video. I'll get my popcorn ready.

I wouldn't mind getting muddy for that great group of relics, nice job.

Thanks everyone. Oh, yes it was worth it. Gave my new 4wd Tacoma a work out getting there too! I literally had to scrape the mud off my boots about every 10 steps as they would become very heavy and almost impossible to walk. Even the grassy areas were muddy as my feet would sink below the grass and get mud caked on them. But, it was worth it and I'd do it every day if I could!

You had a great hunt at the site that I know is very special to you Richard. You dug some really nice bullets with good patinas. WTG & HH, Q.

Thanks Quindy. This was my 3rd year there. Yes, very special indeed. It's a patch of ground about 30 yards by 200 yards and it just keeps giving up the relics.

Nice score, mud wash's off ! I feel you on that one I went out for awhile the other day and the holes where filling up full of water before I could even pinpoint ....

A weighted down pocket full of minnies, sounds good to me. Probably sank you a couple cm more into the mud at the end of the hunt. Keep digging.

Nice digs Stony:icon_thumleft:

I just might get out tomorrow all the snow is melting..
