Mini Builders Club pin

We found this Saturday at the 1760 house we've been working. I've searched it but nothing more than a few ppl selling them came up. It was made by Birmingham Medal & Badge Co. LTD. Was this a kids club for the Kiwanis? It's made a good materials, as it hasn't rotted in the ground I'm thinking it's a bit older.
