Miners Gold Pan Dish

I have this miners gold pan looks antique and in very good condition, and looks heavy duty made. Does not have any brand marks or any other mark.-- It is 9 and 1/4 inches dish, the pan is non magnetic, do not know which metal was made of. could be silver on copper? It has small cut on the ream next to my hand in the picture, that somebody already had repaired.
