Great Pictures Dano. I am glad you and Wild Bill had a great time. I swore I have seen that cabin before. I wish I had the time to cruise and detect but my job takes up most of my time.

No we didnt find any treasure! I think we both took our treasures with us.
I did make off with and old oak chair, a prince albert can, and a heel off a boot! lol

I've heard you can take an old wooden sluice box and put it on a piece of tin in a fire and burn the wood away and end up with some pretty nice fine gold. Just pan out the ashes. I guess over the years the flour gold gets down in the cracks of the wood and can build up over a long period. I've never seen an old box though, let alone burned one.
