Normally I wouldn't post an award for top sales or agressive sales, but this one means alot to me.
Recently, we were awarded Minelab USA's Customer Care Champion. This is my main focus, to give you, the consumer the best customer service available.

WTG Mike, Vegas would have nice eh? Cute little button of a girl. Get her hooked on metal detecting at a young age. I sure wish I had been metal detecting since I was young. My DFX is in the hospital. I was 10 feet in an old well on the Weaver House the other day and I caught my pin pointer toggle switch on a ladder rung. I ordered the part from whites and should be back on line in a week or so.

It is fitting that your daughter's pic is B&W. Looks like she is practicing the OLD art of beachcombing! She has already gotten as deep as a VLF on the wet sand! LOL! Nice. PM me with the price on a White's TDI. My needs and goals are shifting towards gold prospecting. My GMT and GB2 are blowing me away with their potential! Time to put the PARK machines in hibernation. TTC

ok folks let me tell ya a story
back a few years ago when i first started to detect i was looking for a better machine then the bh xl i had
well i called kellyco and asked a few questions and was sold the bh 505 for detecting corn fields
i can tell you that this was a major mistake the 505 was very bump sensitive it was useless in the field its not a bad tot lot machine but never take it were you will bump tall grass
the free gifts were pure junk that was not worth the shipping cost
if i purchase the "350.00" free gifts it would of cost me 30.00

i sent kellyco an e-mail telling them that i was not happy with the detector
i am still waiting for a reply two years later

i have since talked to mike and have purchased a total of 3 machines from him
2 explorer se pros and one excal (just got the second se and the excal)
mike took a lot of time and effort to make sure that i was getting the right machines for what i was doing
and next year i will be getting some other stuff from him not sure yet as to what but i just gotta buy something
so with this short story i think anyone can see why mike got the award and kellyco did not
