I was wondering if any one else has had contacting Minelab support?
My problem is I purchased the Minelab X-Terra Elite in September. I registered it the day I bought it. I then filled out the application for a free pinpointer that was supposed to come with the X Terra elite if you bought it before the end of OCtober. Nothing back from them for over 2 month’s. I’ve sent them 2 E-mails with out any reply. When I try to call them after work (I live in Pacific time zone) there office is closed but it tells you to leave a detailed messege and they’ll get back with you. It doesn’t take a messege just disconnects. Did anyone ever receive the free pinpointer?
