MINELAB service

I said they were getting better i called them Monday and received the information back in the mail today. I like that Teknetics omega but when i called Fisher it took them 5 weeks to get my information to me that is probably why i keep going back to minelab. I think that Trina is makeing a big differnce at Minelab.

2 weeks ago i called on a Monday Minelab and asked for any infro she had on the Sov.GT Trina said no problem by Thursday i received a thick manila envelope filled !! with brochures about every metal detector Minelab makes i think there was 9 now that is good customer service Good Hunt Jim

Had an issue with a coil purchased on the forum, it had a manufacturers defect. Contacted Minelab, spoke with Trina, and in about 10 days the issue was corrected (beyond my satisfaction). This is the second time I had dealt with Minelab service, and was very pleased both times. Fine product and fine service, thanks Minelab
