I just bought one for $600 with maybe 2-3 hours use on it and it was a steal in my opinion....Safari is a really nice detector, although I haven't taken it out for it's first offical hunt yet, I have been playing with it in my yard at home learning it's secrets and I am very pleased with the way it runs.....

Anyone interested, Safari is a $1000 detector new from the store, your saving almost 40% here and it comes with an extra shaft, you can't beat that.....

Neil, would he consider selling the extra shaft seperate and if so for how much?
