Minelab GP3000 custom settings?? Set and go?? Tips???

Does anyone out there have any custom settings for the GP3000? Kind of like a "set and go" I found one on the net about a year ago.......but like a dummy....didn't print it
Any tips
Any (GOOD) videos you would recomend?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
