I think I saw this post a while back, but glanced over it since I didn't have the problem at the time. When I completely submerge my Excalibur, the threshold starts going nuts. Can't stop it from bouncing around to get a clear signal. How do I fix this, I can turn the threshold down, but I'm just quieting the bouncing around action and will limit the amount of signals I get???

Leave the threshold where it was. Reduce the Sensitivity.

Your problem is you need to apply silicon grease to the threads of the coil connector and reconnect it. This should quiet it down.

I had a similar issue, and Pockets is right. I sent it in, and recieved a rebuilt machine that works great. Might have to bite the bullet and do the same.

Mine will do it if sensitivity is too high, by reducing sensitivity it quietens down.. sse ya neilo
