What kind of large deep targets are they looking for in Asia:dontknow:

Son of a gun!! My Mac is High Sierra and can no longer be updated to a newer OS!! Worked fine for the last update. I didn't see any instructions on how to access the new 4KHz, or will it appear on the screen now when selecting a frequency. Is there or will there be a new page for this in the user manual?

You just toggle through the (now) 6 frequencies with the frequency button if you want a single.

Scolino,

I wish Minelab would provide an update that allowed us to save more than one program. It would seem to just be an easy programming fix to add a few more program saves.

Good luck with your hunts.

Walt

Hi Walt,

Sounds like a good idea. Couldn’t hurt to contact minelab and inquire about it.

Good luck!

I updated yesterday and apparently I was still on the factory 1.75 version. I like the 3.0. I was hitting tiny targets at 9-10" no problem. Got a 1910 wheat at 10+ inches. This was all in an area I and many others have hit a gazillion times.

And the 4Khz is a nice addition. Hit brass targets real deep and didn't mind the iron.

The last set of updates was not good for my Nox 800. Went from stable to unusable. I backed that out and have been using the first release since and it is a great machine. I have just finished the 3.0 upgrade and have my fingers crossed. Won't be able to get out for a few weeks but if anyone has an issue remember you can back it out using the upgrade tool as well.

Just upgraded my Nox 600...

I'm headed to St Augustine Fl... I'll let you all know what this impending hurricane kicks up!
Hopefully some Spanish Silvah or El Dorado!!:laughing7:
