How old is the detector?

3 to 3.5 years old. It was owned by my hunting partner Dave's brother Barry who passed away a year ago. Dave runs the Minelab Repair Center, Barry was the repair tech there till he passed away.

I realize this says sold,but I gotta ask something here.The original seller here says in the opening ad that this Etrac has 18 months warranty left....then states in a few posts later that this Etrac is 3 to 3 and a half years old...Am I missing something on Minelabs warranty,I thought it was only 3 years?
