I think 1800 would be too close to an Etrac's cost.
I'm betting 2300.00

I think it said they would available on the 28th. But I'd wait until they get all the bugs worked out and there's feedback on the thing.

Might not be a saltwater machine? Gonna have to wait and see. With everything it has, PC Mapping, wireless audio, etc., I'm not sure how that could be arranged around the saltwater environment. :dontknow:

I like the idea of the GPS. I've often thought of getting a "Spot" GPS unit to neck hang. Waterproof and Small. Would be interesting to be able to review all the finds over the course of time, allowing one to target / pin point that "sweet spot" on the various beaches hunted, allowing one to spend more time in those more productive zones.

European price is said to be 2700 - 2800 Euros :icon_scratch:

For me: :dontknow: i wait the resultat of this new detector.

looks Kinda cool ,, Love Minelab Machines. I think this is going to be High ticket item ,1500 hundred or better , Out reach for me . I'll stick with the AT PRO .

Some folks might think this is overkill.....but I downloaded beach sections off of Google and gridded them off just so I could keep track of my finds with this very thing in mind....also lets me keep track of "softer" beach sections where cuts & pockets might form more easily with only a mild change in the currents. One of the areas/troughs I've been hunting lately got spotted with a bunch holes after this last bit of wind we had.....found a few goodies in there. So I'd like the GPS & Mapping.

cant wait im buying one

+1 !!!! Over time patterns could emerge that could have positive research value. A modern day X marks the spot!!!!!
