I am reclaiming an old steel mill dump site from late 1800s -190? . This salt shaker and old spark plug was about 25 feet down the spark plug is 1910 patent. I think a glass company also dumped at this site because there is a lot of white glass mixed with the steel mill slag. Any idea who made the salt shaker or when? It is about 3" tall . The site is near Youngstown ohio.

Sure looks like an elf or pixie skiing. I have searched in that direction and it seems that elves were popular themes for salt and pepper shakers. Haven't found any like yours yet.

The skier's clothing has a 1940's -1950's sort of look to it.
