found a waterbury button at a 1914 homesite near phoenix.says waterbury button co on revere.on obverse it appears to say something.maybe SARIN but last letter seems to be an s when i look at the pictures? also i need help id'ing a second button. do they still make buttons with a loop?

The lion head button was cast all in one piece but I dont know the age or maker.
