Military? Red Cross badge w/wings

Can anyone identify this enamel badge? It has a Red Cross, caduceus, and wings.
Made in NY by C.D. Reese, looking like it could be WWII or 50s era.

Hard to tell the size but thats pretty cool Im also interested in an ID Ive never seen one like that before.
