Military pin/button?

Found this military pin or botton a while back but when tried to find any similar items to it all i keep coming up with is something similar but wings and propeller are overtop each other. Mine has the propeller below the wings. I dont know the significance but cant find any info ... anyone with a military book for reference would be great...
