Military note, Bank note, old money

I found these in a box I bought at an auction. The 2 dollar bank note I think is the real thing, but not in the best condition. The one I think is some kind of military exchange money. Group are forign bills, stamps. Thank you for any help.

Yes, the ten cent is Military Payment Certificate ('script) issued between 1959 and 1961

The older looking 20 Dong bill is from period 1955-1962.
The newer looking 20 Dong bill (bottom pic) is from the period 1964-1966.
