Military medal?

I found this medal while metal detecting In my neighbors yard. It has an eagle perched on a rock on it. It's fairly thick and has some weight to it. It also doesn't seem to have any writing on the front or back. I found a similar medal in my yard, which turned out to be a military watch fob. Any idea of what this could be?

I don't know the significance of the design but you can still buy them:



Aliexpress calls it "hunter design", so I'm thinking not military.
