I found this at a early 1900s ghost town was wondering if it was military. Says CiiC USA on the front. Geo lauterer 64 Madison st Chicago on the back. Looked it up for hours with no luck help plz!!!! All I can add is that it is the previous coat of arms for the Republic of Montenegro that dates between 1993-2004 as noted by the red central background behind the lion. How sure are you on that 3rd letter being an "i"? It looks like it may be something else. CIIC is 200 in Roman Numerals so I don't believe it's a number. The "ci?c and USA" are key to solving this.

3rd letter looks more X like, but it wouldn't be a correctly written Roman Numeral either way though. CIIC would be one of the wrong ways of writing 198. It must be initials... Is there such a thing as a Montenegrin American club the way there are Polish American clubs?

I'm wondering if it's Cyrillic maybe? I guess I got that Roman numeral conversion wrong. I should have known that myself. I used this converter, so I blame it, lol.
