✅ SOLVED Military Find that needs Identifying

The item in question is the one on the right. It was found at a WWII site on my property and the item was found close to the 13 star silver buttons. It has “2 D 66” stamped or engraved in the front, and the crossed infantry rifles. It has 3 clasps on the back side shown In the bottom picture. I’ve tried really hard researching this one and I have no leads.
