I had the same collar "brass" in the Air Force from 1962 to 1966 only it was brass plated with nickel and was silver in color. I still have one class A uniform put up somewhere with all the brass in place. Please don't ask me to find it, it's in a plastic bag somewhere in the attic! I haven't seen it in years. Monty
