Found today at an old house site that was said to have burned in the '20's or '30's. tons of junk to sort through but got my first button on lunch break! Going to really go over it this weekend
Back says "American Emblem Co Utica New York any ideas on how old?

That's a nice great seal button.used them in ww1 and ww2.I have noticed some look a little different between one and two.But right now I can't recall it.someone here can narrow it down for ya.congrats buddy

Just compared it to a WWII uniform of my grandfathers. Mine was a little bigger and my gpa's was made by scovill. Don't know if the army got them from two sources or not
