So I went to my local citibank and went to talk to the branch manager to ask if they could order me some halves. He said that would be fine which is nice, but he came back from the vault and said that someone dropped off 26 rolls of halves a couple days ago. I'm really hoping that it might have been someones collection. I can't imagine a CRH would dump just 26 rolls since most of us go for the boxes. Plus every other bank by me has a coin machine so I don't see why someone would take the time to roll up 260 halves. Going to pick them up tomorrow

Not to be a downer but in my area "someone brought in rolls" = a small time CRH dumped rolled halves. I currently hunt in central Indiana, and somebody actually turns in rolls of a halves in my area with numbers 68' 66' ect written on them just to tease other CRH. I've stopped getting my hopes up about CWR halves.

I think I would die if I found 26 solid rolls haha. Even if it was a mix of stuff that would be nice. I'm hoping for the best! Maybe it was a CRH that gets rid of the clad ones after 64 because none of the ones after 64 are any good haha. I'd take 40s any day.

Good luck, many times I've bought 20+ rolls and have found one or two solid silver. That's why u always buy them all.

Ya because of course when you don't buy them all you get skunked and the full rolls are the ones still at the bank

well by no means was that the family collection I was hoping for, but I did get one 40% and one 90% out of it. Not bad for half a box
