I am recreating this post for Jim Mulso. In the process of moving his post from Today's Finds to the Honorable Mention thread I accidentally moved it to the Administration's Honorable Mention instead. Once I realized my mistake, I attempted to move to the correct thread & it went into the wide blue yonder.
Jim found this bracelet & posted on FB looking for help finding family so he could return.
POW/MIA bracelet found at low tide with the AT Pro!!
Between Jim & myself, we did some extensive searching...I was able to find this...Chief Charlie Sherman Poole (1932 - 1972) - Find A Grave Memorial
We knew he had a son, elsewhere we found his other children's names...within 2 days Jim had a contact #. Charlie's bracelet is on it's way to his son.
"POW bracelet going home. T/Sgt Charlie S Poole, thank you for your service and ultimate sacrifice. To Charlie's family, there is no way to adequately thank you for all you've been through on behalf of our country."

BOSSIER CITY, La. - A Bossier City man is awaiting the arrival of his father's remains, after they were discovered in Vietnam more than 30 years after the soldier went missing. David Poole was barely a teenager when his father, Charlie, went to Vietnam. He never came home......
