The vesicular surface and weak magnetic attraction would suggest not. It appears to be weathered slag in my opinion.

well i know fur sure it is not a slag, and the outside is a glassy melt and the inside breccia like. I found today something else does this look like fusioncrust?

Slag is a term covering many types of rock-like manufacturing wastes. In my opinion, that is your first rock.

Your second rock is a natural stone with a lot of weathering. If the lighting in your images was adequate, I, or someone else, might be able to give an accurate identification.
