Your item does not have any characteristics common to meteorites. It appears to be a piece of slag. Less likely, but still possible is volcanic, but definitely not a meteorite.

Another vote for slag (or clinker), I'm afraid.
 

It doesn’t seem to be a meteorite. I agree with the others, it could be just a piece of slag.
