Metal tip of some sort..

Hey all..been awhile. Had a chance to participate in an archie dig today(that's a whole other story). Dig took place in an old shipping town. Most items besides coins and some interesting buttons were common household items. This piece is approx. 4 -5 inches long, brass/cooper(?), and hollow. Thanks in advance.




Bonus pics are a nice shield nickel also recovered.
