Metal detector solving crime

pretty common to use by police, but good to see in this photo (enlarge photo to see better)...is that a bounty hunter 3300? I wonder if he found a Barber dime or something :-) Ironic how they are so helpful to law enforcement, but politicians make them illegal for us to use in many places...
