Metal Detecting's Rising Stars

Lots of nice finds have been posted this year. Several people have made some very good finds. There are a couple that will i believe give the guys a run for there money. I believe Nana and Haupin are going to start finding more older coins in the near future. Nana has just recently found her first Indian Head, plus she is getting more experience with the MXT and relic mode. Haupin, i believe has a DFX, she has found several older coins also. I believe some of these were large cents. I figure we will see many more good if not great finds from these folks. Are there others that i over looked? Who have you noticed has made progress in the field of detecting?

I think everyone who has read this forum has learned a few things. I, for one, learned how to remove that black drud from silver coins.
Since I like to detect under sidewalks, Most of the silver that I find comes out black. Now I know how to safely remove it.

I can't say that any one person has done better than anyone else, but if you all think about it I'll bet everyone learned something that they can put to use in the new year.
