im on that page with you.....

It would also be cool if there was one where you could put in your pics of relics and it had a field you could fill out about it. Kinda like a way to catalog your finds :)

That would be cool, It might even be good ammo for those "historians" that feel MDing disturbs potential future dig sites.
(no matter where they are) Oh, your interested in that site now.....here's my data.

You can do that with any decent spreadsheet software. There may be something online available that is specific, but it can be done without a special program.

to insert a pic in Excel just go to <Insert> at the top of the screen, then choose <picture>, then <From file>....you can then resize the picture to any size....hope this helps!!

I use the White's "I-detect" software. With it you have the ability to post everything from pictures to location (longitude/latitude). You can put in any personal information, as far as "who you get permission from", $ value of each find, and you can even add new locations that will be separate from each other.

Go to White's homepage and take a look at the software. It's called (I-detect). Well worth the money in my book

Hi folks,

Does anyone know of any free metal detecting software programs for windows xp? I am looking for something where i can input data which would give me a coin total and dollar amount as they are found.

I've looked on google but only found pay type programs....any ideas?
