Hi does anybody have any ideas on a good spot in pa to take my son metal detecting I am new to the hobby

Just keep in mind it was published in 1987, but most of it isn't very public knowledge. Some of it could be on inaccessible land (in my city, there is a buried cache that is now part of federal property).
