Metal Detecting - My First HALF CENT!

On November 21st 2010 , Nuggetnoggin and his Grandpa Jerry went metal detecting at a very old site that dates back to the 1770's. After a few hours of detecting Michael got a good signal that showed up as a nail and bounced to a penny on the Fisher F75, Most people dont dig them signals but Nugget dig and the found a large peice of iron and under it was a 1829 half cent. Nice Half Cent....

Looks like you found it under a Toro lawnmower blade stabilizer.

The clip thingy is from a curtain rod. It goes over the rod and clips onto a drape or curtain so you can hang it.

Keep going back to that site many times in the future cause there is still a lot more there.You'll be surprised.
