I Wonder how many times this guy was reported to
the Authorities.
I Would have had a Problem with him
& Not much of anything bothers me.
I only watched about 2 Minutes of it, & Felt I would
have been Embarressed
to swing a Detector on that beach after.

Maybe 'Skippy' is just some archy who snuck away from work for a few hours - he certainly is not one of us - I was hoping someone would have jammed the detector up you know where.

Watch for more rules against detecting
on Beaches when bathers are there,
if things like this continue
