There is a program on the History channel tonight at 10PM eastern on the lost Confederate Gold. The previews shows them using metal detectors and has not been aired before. I know this is short notice but hope a few of you get to watch it as well. It will be shown again at 2AM. I have my dvr set up to record it.

Yip, just watched it. I think Bob may be holding out a little, I definitly don't think that any current members of the KGC are involved though.

Yea, watchin that show was kind of like not eating for three days and having some one eat a perfectly grilled ribeye in right front of your face! :icon_profileleft:

Only two things impressed me. Getting to see Hillbilly Bob at work and the heart representation on the cemetary map. I wonder how old those holly trees are and when that gazebo was built. I was disappointed some, but it was more like some of my treasure hunts at least.

Where is Freezco Colorado? I couldn't find it on Google. We go to Pagosa Springs 3 times a year.
Thanks,
Ken

I know where it is , I know the cemetery & the name of the Grave . I can tell you the name of the cemetery it's called Sad hill cemetery ,Tuco Benedicto Pacífico Juan María Ramírez told me :laughing7: . The Real story is $200,000 in stolen Confederate gold is buried in a grave in Sad Hill cemetery , Now there are only 2 individuals who know the name on the Grave , I of course , and my partner we will just call Blondie , Will keep you posted with lots of pixs when we dig it up ... This really would make for a Great Movie :o

I taped it but have not watched it yet. I really don't think it will ever be found.

Try Frisco, khpony, in Summit County. You're probably gonna be on the TV soon, 007. Treasurehound, it was kind of interesting and you may like it. But honestly, some of the posts I've read on T-net would make for far more believable TV than a couple of the treasure programs I've seen in the past year.

I just couldn't figure out how the template they had was just the right size for the map they used? Too much reality tv & most of it fake.

The show was way south of lame.

All those stupid signs and all that danger.

Ok I just watched the show and it was ok as a television show but it was not what I was expecting.

that show hasn't decoded anything yet, i'd have more faith in a decoder ring outa a cracker jack box. waste of an hour

i think it gives us all a bad name when they talk about digging in a cementary. that is totally unethical!!!!

I was offended when the host and author referred to most treasure hunters as "nuts with metal detectors". You folks just keep thinking that as we recover your lost jewelry and cash.

I'm on the fence with that episode of decoded....leaning heavy to the bs side.
Just conviced myself that that was an hour I'll never get back.
Flip Flop

BTW, At least Heraldo had a safe to open.
