METAL BAR what type of metal?

Found at town square that is being restored with new fountain. This rang up in silver range on my ace 350 and don't know what it is or what type of metal. All I know is that it is heavy. Thought maybe a lead printing plate but most I have seen were thinner. The top has a imprint of a leaf.

Take it to a scrap yard and ask them. Bigger yards have a gun they can shoot a laser with and it will tell the exact make up. Those guns are about 50k so only large yards have them.

Try the magnet test. Also it looks like lead to me. Just my thought. Scrap yard can tell you for sure.
