Metal band with numbers

I know it isn't old but wanted to know if anyone knew what it is. The band is 3/8 inches wide by 3/4 inch round. The numbers 46936 MR is raised on the band. Thanks in advance

Looks like a bird band of some type. Not a duck band but perchance from a pigeond2

Not sure, 3/4 of an inch round, it would have to be a large bird.

I think it looks like a cargo/load seal, or just a generic seal.
