I bought this mirror from a friend it was in her 100 year old grandma's attic. It has a hand print on the glass from the backside of the mirror. So today I took the wooded slatted back off to see if i could fix it.. It was very dusty and at the bottom of the frame were little balls of silver looking substance which flattened or split when I touched tthem. I thought, hmmm looks like mercury. Looked it up and sure enough it was used in mirrors. Just wondering h9w old it may be and what it would be worth. The last picture is what was inside the back of the mirror.
