I had someone give me about 100 mercury dimes. I don't know a thing about old coins. Does anyone know what the value may be or what I should look for??
Thanks KINGPULLTAB

Thanks for the price guide. Most are from the 20s. I guess I will take the time to put each one in a coin holder and list the date and post them on ebay.SC_hunter said:Check this site out...

Thanks for the web site. JIMfiatboy said:Check out a Redbook or coin magazine or the aforementioned site for key dates and high grade coins. If you have anything exceptional, set it aside and don't handle it, or at least hold it by the edge if you must.
Most likely, you have good ol' fashioned junk silver Mercury dimes---and boy are they neat! Most coin shops pay about 80 to 90 cents per merc. Check out http://www.coinflation.com/ for their theoretical melt value.
Happy hunting, you lucky dog!
