Detector(s) used
Currently use Garrett AT Pro, Previously used the Fisher F2 for one year
Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
Started early Saturday morning--hit a vacant property which used to have a housing unit on it. Lots of trash. Only noteworthy find is one wheat penny.
Later on in the day was feeling bored so I decided to double dip on the MDing and hit a vacant property about 1 mile north of downtown. I had been to this spot 2x before and never found anything of note. It, too, is full of trash. After about 30 minutes of detecting--got a dime signal on the AT-Pro and out came this clean Mercury Dime(#8 so far). Probably the cleanest Merc I've ever dug. Sweet, 1942. The 2nd wheatie of the day was found not too far from the Merc. So cool.
