Greetings!

Had another successful weekend hunt at a school built in the 1930's. Kinda weird to be honest..my first good signal of the day unveiled a 1942 Mercury dime. I stood up, took about three steps, got a 87 high tone at about 4". Dig it up...it's a killer looking sterling silver ring..half of it anyway. It looks like it had a bottom jaw part that's unfortunately missing...I looked for it too. It's marked 925. Dug both within 15 minutes of getting to the school. Found a toasty wheat cent..a couple modern tokens..$10.75 in clad. Didn't find another silver coin the rest of the day. Weather was great. My buddy found a couple crumpled up silver rings but no older coins. The teeth on the ring are kinda smirking at you...check it out! HH

Cool ring looks like its missing a piece . Nice merc also Thanks for sharing your finds !!!!!!

Yea it did..either a top/bottom jaw piece or maybe a big skull with the teeth on it! I scanned the area pretty good and didn't find it. We will be going back looking for deeper signals..maybe it'll turn up. Thanks for the comments, likes, knowledge and always HH!!
