Not sure if this should be called a medallion or small plaque as on the back there is a piece (broken) that looks like it could have been used to hang this piece. The woman appears to be looking in a mirror and judging by her age and the word memory my train of thought is "She may be reflecting on her youth"
I'm not sure when the "Made In Canada" in all capitol and bold letters was first used on medals etc and so far have not been able to find that to try and age the piece. The initials AM or MA I also have not been able to find any makers in Canada. Medal is copper, size is 100.7mm ( 3.94 Inches ) and weight is 226.4 grams.
Any and all help is appreciated....
