Medicine Bottle find?

Hi,
I found a bottle 3.75" high and 1.75" wide and .75" thick. The color is dark brown. It looks like another Owens-Illinois bottle by the "I inside the O". On the bottom of the bottle, a number 18 is to the left of the O/I mark, with a number 93 on the right (probably suggesting 1993). Below the 18 is a number 16 and below the 93 is an "H-I" mark. What does that mark mean? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,
Thank you. I found out it strongly resembles a Vanilla extract bottle. So, I am still unsure if it is a medicine bottle. Time will tell.

I'm not a bottle expert either.

I don't know much about bottles either but when I saw it I was thinking Vanilla also.
