Have you tried looking under lock smith tools? Looks a lot like the tools we used to open the wind wings on the older cars. There are two tools, one like that to lift and push the handle and a flat L shaped blade to push the button by pulling. I can't recall if any of them had a patent date on them.

Did they have wing windows on 1905 automobiles ?

Hey no vintage car buff here!! Good point though! Just throwing an idea out there to help him along. It does look a lot like my tools though. Got em from grandpa so they're at least pre 1960 and all but one work nicer than the stuff in the catalogs nowdays!

I know. It was a good thought. I can't think of what it is. A linkage to something maybe.:dontknow:
